1, Development, Technical & Engineering
- Design software: Pro-E, UG.
- We provide product design R&D or improvement if customer request and mould design.
- Our designers have more 10 years experience on plastic moulds with many kind of product.
- We will set up project management team to handle customer proejct for each mold. Ensure the schedule follow customer request.
2, Process
- RFQ phase.
- Know well customer request and we will submitt our quotation to customer with quick lead time ( 1 to 5 days).
- We can provide quotation with different format base on customer request.
- We start to development the molds when receive the PO from customers.
- Development phase
- Well communication with customer. know well the customer request (standard mold base HASCO, DME, LKM ect); know well customer company standard (injection machine suitable and specif requirement).
- Provide design analysis to customer and provide design for validated.
- Design review communication with customer agreement and get customer final validate the design.
- Submitt customer manufacturing schedule base on customer request.
- Manufacturing phase
- Book materil base on customer request or specif.
- Weekly report will be done and submitt to customer.
- Well follow all components under manufacturing schedule.
- Quality control on elements when they are manufactured.
- Injection trial phase
- Well prepare for trial (machine, material, mold).
- Good experience parameter adjust.
- Make trial record.
- Product inspection and improvement phase
- Make metrology report.
- Product appearance analyze.
- Assembly try from customer feedback.
- Provide customer improvement schedule.
- Pork efficiency to solve the problem and put the mold into mass production.
- Mold delivery phase
- Checklist done to ensure the mold quality are meet customer request.
- Mold document( 2D, 3D data, material certification ect.) well prepare.
- Spare parts for customer.
- Packaging as customer request.
